Laurie began her career in business development, helping visual media and payroll companies grow their client bases. After taking time away from her career to raise a family, Laurie worked in education, ultimately becoming Program Director for a residential camp in Pennsylvania.

Upon taking the leap out of the not-for-profit world, Laurie joined the Robert Joseph Group. In her role as a Manager of Recruiting, she works with top notch accounting and finance professionals who are seeking to advance their careers. Laurie partners with clients to help them find the right candidates to fill their open positions – looking not only for the right blend of skills, but also the perfect match for their office culture. Above all, Laurie values the relationships that she builds with both her clients and candidates.

Laurie is a graduate of the University of Maryland and lives in Montgomery County with her husband Steve, two children, Livy and Artie, and her dog, Gus.
