Our client an international stable, growing organization is looking to hire a hands-on Accounting Supervisor overseeing general ledger, cash, leases, fixed assets, and debt accounting. This role offers leadership responsibility, cross-functional impact, and career growth within a collaborative financial team.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis

• Review journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, leases, debt, fixed assets)

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies

• Manage fixed asset sub-ledger, depreciation schedules, and loan compliance reporting

• Lead, mentor, and set goals for accounting staff performance

• Support external audit preparation and ad hoc financial analysis

• Partner with purchasing, treasury, and finance teams to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of issues

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)

• 4+ years accounting experience; prior supervisory experience a plus

• Proficiency with JD Edwards ERP (preferred)

• Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills

• Deep understanding of GAAP; knowledge of government accounting standards a plus

• Highly organized with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
